FROM THE FIRST IDEA TO THE RIBBON CUTTING
We provide consultation at every stage and take responsibility for the entire project cycle — from the initial idea to the completed building. GENERAL DESIGN (LEAD DESIGNER ROLE)
We act as the Lead Designer, taking responsibility for all related engineering disciplines — their quality, scope, coordination, and final outcome. We ensure proper management and consistency of solutions
BIM-BASED DESIGN
In our projects, drawings correspond to the scope of work, and work volumes match the cost estimates thanks to the use of BIM technologies. This enables the client to easily control both the construction process and their investments
WE GUARANTEE POSITIVE EXPERT REVIEW RESULTS
Our specialists have in-depth knowledge of legislation and building codes and stay up to date with all changes. We develop projects with high quality and know how to implement solutions in full compliance with regulations, ensuring consistently positive expert reviews
PERMITS AND CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT CORRUPTION
We do not tolerate bribes or kickbacks. Through thorough analysis of input data, risk management, and a clear understanding of all procedures, our clients obtain permits exclusively through legal means. When selecting materials and equipment, we are guided solely by the efficiency of design solutions for the client. No one in our company receives kickbacks from manufacturers
